Mileage

Every business mile, on the record.

Log trips by hand, or tap Start in the mobile app (now in beta) to track the drive. Neeuh records the business purpose and applies the IRS standard rate for the day you drove.

Two ways to log a trip

Whatever is easier in the moment.

  • Enter the miles and the business purpose after the drive.
  • In the iPhone and Android apps (now in beta), tap Start when you leave and Stop when you arrive.

The rate for the day you drove

The IRS raised the standard mileage rate in the middle of 2026: 72.5¢ a mile through June, 76¢ from July 1. Neeuh applies the rate in force on each trip date, so a year that spans both still adds up.

The record the IRS asks for

Every trip keeps its date, miles and business purpose. Export the whole log as a CSV when you need it.
