* At the 2026 IRS rate of 76¢ per business mile and a combined self-employment plus marginal rate around 32%, roughly 620 recovered miles covers $150 of tax. Your own rate will differ — Neeuh estimates, it doesn't give tax advice.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is there a mobile app?

The iPhone and Android apps are in beta. Join the mobile beta list at the bottom of this page and we'll email your TestFlight or Google Play invite. Until then, the web app runs in any browser, including on your phone, and everything you add there will be waiting in the app.

Does Neeuh file my taxes for me?

No — Neeuh gets you tax-ready. It tracks your income, deductions, and mileage all year, estimates what you'll owe, and exports clean reports so filing (yourself or with an accountant) takes hours, not weekends. It's organization software, not a tax advisor.

Is my bank data safe?

Yes. Bank connections run through Plaid, the same service used by apps like Venmo and American Express. Neeuh gets read-only access to transactions — we never see your bank credentials, and we can't move your money.

Do I have to connect a bank account?

Not at all. You can add income and expenses manually and still get categories, receipts, mileage, tax estimates, and reports. Connect a bank later if you want the automatic feed.

What platforms does it run on?

Neeuh runs in any browser today, on your phone as well as your laptop. Native iPhone and Android apps are in beta, and your data will already be there when you install them.

What will it cost?

One plan: $17/month, or $12.50/month billed annually ($150 a year, saving $54). That covers quarterly federal, self-employment and state tax estimates, bank sync, mileage, receipt capture, income and expense tracking, and financial reports. There's a 30-day free trial (card required), and every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do I have to switch banks to use it?

No. Some tools bundle tax estimates with their own business checking account, so you only get the tax features if you move your banking to them. Neeuh connects to the bank you already use through Plaid, read-only. Nothing about your banking has to change.

Can I use Neeuh from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Neeuh has an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Add Neeuh as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in to Neeuh and approve what it can see and do, and ask about your taxes, transactions and mileage in plain English. You can revoke access any time. See neeuh.com/mcp.

Is there a command-line tool?

Yes. Install it with one command from neeuh.com/cli, sign in with your Neeuh account, and get a terminal dashboard plus commands for transactions, taxes and mileage. Every read command can print JSON for scripts.

How is this different from a mileage app?

Mileage tracking is table stakes and several apps do it free. The difference is what Neeuh does with the numbers: it works out your quarterly estimated payment with the IRS's own methods (the current-year method, the prior-year safe harbor, or annualized income) and adds self-employment and state tax. Most apps show you one flat 'set aside 30%' figure.

How do you say "Neeuh"?

Just like "new." One syllable, rhymes with "few."
