Command line

Your numbers, one command away.

A full-screen terminal dashboard and quick commands for transactions, taxes and mileage. Every read command speaks JSON.

Everything at a glance

Run neeuh on its own for a full-screen dashboard: transactions, taxes, mileage and categories, all from the keyboard.

Commands for the quick stuff

Check a number or log something without leaving the terminal.

  • neeuh snapshot: income, expenses, net and miles for a month
  • neeuh tx search "adobe": find transactions with filters and sorting
  • neeuh tx add: add an income or expense, or fill in a form
  • neeuh tx categorize: recategorize, with a preview before anything changes
  • neeuh mileage log 18.5: log a trip with its purpose
  • neeuh tax: your estimate for the year

Built for scripts

Every read command takes --json, so you can pipe your numbers into jq, a spreadsheet or a cron job.

Your account, your sign-in

neeuh login uses your Neeuh email, password and two-step verification. The session is stored only on your machine, readable only by you.

Install

macOS and Linux, Intel or ARM. Downloads are checked against their SHA-256 checksums before anything is installed.

curl -fsSL https://neeuh.com/install.sh | sh

Then run neeuh login. Read the script first at neeuh.com/install.sh.

Downloads

Windows, or prefer to install by hand? Pick a build. Each one lists its SHA-256.

Windows: download the zip for your version from the list at dl.neeuh.com/cli/versions.json.

macOS: if a browser-downloaded binary is blocked, run xattr -d com.apple.quarantine neeuh once. The install command above avoids this.

Loading builds… If this does not load, the install command above always fetches the latest version.

Install it, then run neeuh login.
